TERMS OF USE

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

The purpose of the Terms of Use is to stipulate the basic matters concerning the conditions and procedures for the use of the broadcast relay service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by "ppokkugiTV" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

ARTICLE 2 - EFFECT AND MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE

① The Terms of Use take effect immediately upon registration of the account to the Site.

② The Site may change the contents of the Terms of Use.

ARTICLE 3 - DEFINITION OF TERMS

The terms used in the Terms of Use are defined as follows:

① User : It refers to an individual or organization that has been assigned a "user ID".

② Registrant : It refers to an individual or organization that applies for registration.

③ User ID : It refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined and approved by the Site for identification and Service use.

ARTICLE 4 - APPLICATION FOR USE

① In order for the Registrant to use the Service, he/she must record and submit the user information required by the application form for registration on the Site.

② All user information on the subscription registration form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real names or actual information may be subject to account termination.

ARTICLE 5 - CHANGE OF USER INFORMATION

If the User's information listed at the time of registration for use is changed, the User is responsible for all problems caused by not changing it.

ARTICLE 6 - OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITE

① The Site provides Users with the following services:

※ Providing video relay of KOREAN CENTRAL TELEVISION

※ Providing video relay of MANSUDAE TELEVISION

※ Providing video relay of RYONGNAMSAN TELEVISION

※ Providing video relay of SPORTS TELEVISION

※ Providing audio relay of KOREAN CENTRAL RADIO

※ Providing audio relay of PYONGYANG RADIO

※ Providing audio relay of PYONGYANG FM RADIO

※ Providing audio relay of VOICE OF KOREA

② The Site shall not divulge, disclose, or distribute the personal information of Users acquired in connection with the provision of services to others without the consent of the Users, and shall not be used for commercial purposes other than Site-related business.

③ The Site is obligated to provide the services listed in Paragraph 1 continuously and reliably in accordance with the Terms of Use.

ARTICLE 7 - OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

① Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Site:

※ Illegal use of other User(s)'s IDs

※ Copying content obtained from the Service for purposes other than the use of Users without prior consent of the Site, or using it for rebroadcasting, or providing it to others

※ Acts that infringe on the copyright of the Site

② Users shall comply with the matters prescribed in the Terms of Use.

③ Users who are found to violate Paragraph 1B in any way will be subject to immediate account termination without warning.

ARTICLE 8 - OBLIGATION OF USERS TO MANAGE ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS

① Users are responsible for all management of IDs and passwords. The User is fully responsible for all consequences of the negligence of the management of the ID and password granted to the User, and the illegal use.

② If the User ID is used illegally or for any other security breach, the User must notify the Site of that fact.

ARTICLE 9 - CHANGE OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES

① The Site reserves the right to adjust the subscription fees to the Service at any point in time.

② Users who have prepaid for the Service will, upon adjustments to the subscription fees, not be charged, nor will they be refunded, to cover the difference between the subscription fee originally paid and the adjusted fee.

③ Users who have prepaid prior to adjustments to the subscription fees and wish to renew their subscription will be subject to the adjusted fee.

④ Registrants who apply within the period of a special discount event are subject to the discounted fee listed.

⑤ Registrants who inform the Site of a valid discount issued by the Site during registration are subject to the respective discount in the subscription fee.

ARTICLE 10 - TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION

① Article 7 Paragraph 1 lists forbidden acts for Users of the Site. The Site reserves the right to restrict access to the account and/or terminate the registration before the end of the contract period for violations of Article 7.

② The Site does not hold the obligation to refund the amount paid for the registration period in the case of termination of the registration prior to the end of the period prepaid by the User.

③ Users who wish to cancel their subscription before the end date are not entitled to a refund of any amount paid.
